0000230: !bnc !cmdbnc not working when one of bnc hosts down

Description

!bnc !cmdbnc not working when one of bnc hosts down. Bot doesent send and privmsg with information that bnc is down and also dont display info about any other settings. On party line i see:
[some_bot(dcc)] [01:08] Tcl error [ng_bnc_check]: PING 192.0.0.1 (192.0.0.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
[some_bot(dcc)] --- 192.0.0.1 ping statistics ---
[some_bot(dcc)] 1 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 0ms
[some_bot(dcc)] child process exited abnormally

Settings to reproduce in dZbconf.tcl
set bnc(PING) "TRUE"
