0000240: Possible to "tab" (kinda)

Description

It would be nice to have some kind of "tab" option in the sitebot.

Right now, its impossible to do something like this:

race stats:
- 1. username1 (100MB)
- 2. user123 (200MB)

Between username1 and (100MB) theres 5 spaces, and between user123 and (200mb) there is 7 spaces.

This would be nice in the racestats, aswell as free-space announce, like this:

[free] svcd: [ 50GB/1200GB] vcd: [ 800GB/1100GB]
games:[1000GB/1600GB] xxx: [ 900GB/5100GB]
etc etc.

This is currently also impossible to do, it would look more like this:

[free] svcd: [50GB/1200GB]vcd:[800GB/1100GB]
games:[1000GB/1600GB]xxx:[900GB/5100GB]

and the nice layout would "break". So you could put in like a %tab function in between where you want the spaces, and be able to define "how big" the tab should be.

This should be possible to create, I guess.

Move all formatting of output from zsconfig.h / constants.h into dZSbconf.tcl and theme.zst

(0000327) daxxar (developer) 2004-12-06 22:53	see 0000158. this will kinda incorporate this, if I understood you correctly. you will be able to specify a "minimum" length for cookies, and they will be padded by zeroes if they are longer.
