0000314: Nuke not announcing properly in 1338+ seems to be limited to glftpd v1

Description

weird stuff going on in 1338 with nuke announce..
when I nuke something it doesnt show until I nuke something else...
least that happens when somethign is nuked close to a test nuke
1215 doesnt do this

(0000523) neoxed (developer) 2005-02-12 01:36	I don't have glftpd v1 running anywhere to test. The most I can do is look through the svn commits and see if there's any blatant error(s) that cause this.

(0000524) neoxed (developer) 2005-02-12 01:51	Found the error, it was broken in revision r1311 (by me :P) fixed in r1364. Anyone who says version control sucks, needs a slap. :D
