0000324: Not writing ZIP / MP3 complete messages to glftpd.log (r1390)

Description

All the ZIP race announces have been turned off (TRUE set in zsconfig.h) aside from newdir, race complete, and norace complete. Only seeing newdir ever written to the glftpd.log.

Additionally, I don't have any .debug files as none are generating. http://bugs.pzs-ng.com/view.php?id=323 [^] Having the same problems in that bug on this machine, too.
